farm rules

we are a farm. please dress appropriately and come prepared

No open-toed shoes please! We do not allow folks with open toed shoes to do farm animal tours (hoofs hurt). Old sneakers or boots are the best option (bring a spare if you wish)

• We have a hand washing station and porta potty on premises

Wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty (goats love to nibble on clothes)

No strollers please (keep your baby’s ride nice and clean)

There is absolutely no running on the farm!

• Please do not scream! (Animals prefer a quiet voice)

Absolutely no chasing animals!! No explanation needed

Do not feed the animals unless given permission from the farm owners! Food you may think is okay for them to eat may not be. You could be the cause of making our animals very sick. Our animals are on special diets; please ask before feeding them

Please ask before picking up any animal! Some animals may not want to be picked up

Please keep your dogs at home (unless you have a dog training appointment. Our farm dogs are not fond of canine visitors

We as the farm owners have the right to ask anyone who is NOT following the farm rules to leave the premises without a refund

I love this farm and the farmers who run it. The animals are so heathy, happy and friendly! This is a hidden treasure in Manchester, CT!
